Covid-19

Decisions on whether Dance for Health groups can start in the fall or not are made locally. Talk to those responsible in your organisation and follow regional/municipal guidelines. Example: Åsa Borulf is a senior school physician at the medical unit of the Student Health Service, Region Örebro County. She recommends continued dance activities for the reason that she sees it as an important activity for young people who need it. A prerequisite for participation is, of course, to be completely free of symptoms and to wash and sanitize your hands before and after dancing. The number in each group should also be limited in order to maintain distance in the hall.

About the dance she says: "gets an increased contact with the body that she otherwise closes off". "It's bubbling and bubbling in the body, it's hard but it doesn't matter because it's fun".
