Internal award for excellence in research communication 2023 / Örebro University and Hamrin Foundation. The jury's motivation: "Anna Duberg has successfully disseminated new knowledge and put her research into practice on a large scale. With a strong commitment, she has, on a scientific basis, helped young girls to feel better through undemanding dance. Through effective communication to the media, schools, business, royalty and, above all, teenagers, the method for improved health has now reached almost 200 locations in the country."
Idea of the year for life 2021 / Ideas for Life, Skandia 2022. The jury's motivation: "Dance for Health is a research-based method for improving young people's mental health with the help of undemanding dance and community. Regular measurements show that the method effectively reduces stress-related symptoms. By collaborating with various health institutions and training more than 500 local instructors, Dance for Health has quickly established itself in almost 200 locations across Sweden. Dance for Health is an inspiring proof that everyone with a good idea and a strong social commitment can contribute to giving more children and young people the chance of a healthy and safe life."
Swedish healthcare innovator of the year 2019 / Dagens Medicin Dance for Health won Guldskalpellen 2019, Dagens medicin. The jury's motivation: "For having impressively mobilized and motivated people to better health, without expensive investments and with young and old people's own power. With the support of evidence, methodically renewed the way healthcare works by taking advantage of what is healthy."
Professional woman of the year 2019 Örebro County / Professional Women's Club, Örebro County. The jury's motivation: "For drawing attention to young people with mental illness, developing her profession as a physiotherapist and creating Dance for Health, which through school health care spreads undemanding physical activity, belonging and social community for young people throughout the country."
Collaboration Prize 2019 / Örebro University. The collaboration award went to the Social Impact Lab (SoIL) with Åsa Allard in the lead. Anna Duberg was invited to receive the award during the ceremony after active participation in SoIL.

Nominations
Nominated for Region Örebro County's Gender Equality Award 2022, Örebro County Administrative Board and Örebro County Gender Equality Council. Motivation: "Anna Duberg is the founder of Dans för Hälsa and is responsible for its method and courses. She is a medical doctor in health sciences and a licensed physiotherapist. With a scientific basis and a wholehearted strong commitment, Anna Duberg works for the well-being and health of young girls. Her professional, warm and thoughtful approach is contagious to people around her and promotes equal health in Örebro County."
Nominated as"Whip of the Year" in 2017 for physical activity for children and young people (GEN-PEP) and"Role Model of the Year" in 2014 and 2016 (Golden Heart).
