To take the instructor course, you need to have a basic education in nursing/medicine or pedagogy, be confident in leading groups and have dance experience. Experience of meeting the target group you will be working with is valuable.

Finally, a course in Örebro again! The course fee, which is SEK 11,700 excl. VAT, includes training materials, inclusion in Dans för Hälsa's generous network (today over 850 trained instructors), access to use Dans för Hälsa's logo*, a place on Dans för Hälsa's map, and a year's account in the instructor portal that offers choreography bank, materials and skills development, incl. boost day. Coffee and lunch are included both days of the course. Course leaders are Frida Ekholm and Mia Nevala.

Note that these two course days are the foundation, then a follow-up boost day follows within one year (also included in the course price) with theory part, discussion and practical inspiration. Before this day, reflect on your work based on the key factors and implementation aspects. You choose the date of the boost yourself (offered continuously).
