"What started as a research project at Örebro University in 2009 has today grown into a well-established activity that has helped thousands of young people to manage their stress, anxiety and depression. And which Skandia's Ideas for Life Foundation has supported in various ways from the start.
- Dance for Health is an undemanding place where young people get regular exercise and help to find the joy of movement, a strengthened body awareness and a social context. We know that physical activity is an important part of strengthening mental health, and here we can also combine it with breaking loneliness and the feeling of exclusion."
